This aquarium heater is designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for your beloved fish. Featuring a 110V-120V/60Hz power supply, it comes equipped with a 5-foot US standard power cord suitable for use in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The heater's normal working accuracy is ±2°F, but its efficiency can be influenced by factors such as tank size and ambient temperature. If you have a small fish tank or the tank is located in a high ambient temperature room, it is recommended to set the heater temperature slightly lower than your desired water temperature. Conversely, if you have a larger tank or the tank is in a low ambient temperature room, preset the heater temperature slightly higher than your desired temperature.

To ensure a perfect fit, the heater is designed to be fully submersible, with a suction cup that adheres firmly to the side of the tank. When setting up the heater, first turn the red button on the top to adjust the temperature as needed. The red number displayed in the round circle indicates the temperature you have set. Next, place the heater upright into the water, allowing the suction cup to adhere to the tank. Finally, plug the heater into the electrical socket. Depending on the tank size and environmental temperature, it may take a few hours for the water to reach the desired temperature.

When it's time to turn off the heater, be sure to unplug it and wait 10 minutes before removing it from the water to prevent dry heating, which could cause the heater to burst. The heater is designed with an intermittent heating cycle, where it will heat for 5 minutes and then stop for 2 minutes (indicated by the light turning off). This helps maintain accurate water temperature and a comfortable environment for your fish.

Regular maintenance is essential for the optimal performance of your aquarium heater. Check the heater's working status regularly, and if you notice any unusual signs, immediately unplug it. Clean the suction cups every 3 months using warm water (140°F) and soak them for a while. If you find any soil or moss buildup on the heater, unplug it, wait 10 minutes, and then clean it with fresh water, especially the heating element.

To ensure accurate temperature detection, install the heater near the water flow or use a suitable water pump to help with heat distribution. Always remember to unplug the heater before handling the water tank to avoid electric shock or burns.
